 Value of
Natural Latex
Each rubber tree weeps 15 grams of latex, daily. A Queen size
Core needs the daily output of 2500 trees, spread over 12 acres
of rubber plantation, providing a living to eight rubber
tappers. Interestingly, these rubber trees accounts for the
removal of 143 metric tons of Carbon Di Oxide from the
environment in 1 year. This is the genuine contribution to the
environment of Latex Green.

Our 16 point Quality control procedure assures consistent
quality from Raw materials to final product.
Foaming & Gelling
Uses a high-tech, computer controlled foaming machine made in
the USA; air is blended with latex to achieve required density &
hardness of foam.
Vulcanizing
Steam cure technique with design engineered stainless steel pin
moulds for energy efficiency. This technique keeps the natural
latex characteristics undisturbed through the vulcanizing
process.
Washing
Multi-cycle washing method
using drinkable quality water to ensure clean & pure product.
Drying & Conditioning
Soft condition drying
mechanism, unique to Latex Green enhances the Natural feel of
the end product.
Quality control (checking hardness, weight, visual control).
Finishing
Slicing, cutting as it need by the customers with
immense care.
 The
major difference between the two processes is what
happens in the mold just prior to the initial latex
curing stage. In the TALALAY PROCESS, only a small
amount of latex compound is poured into the mold.
Air is extracted to perfectly distribute the foamed
liquid inside the mold and to create a consistent
round, open cell structure. The mattress core is
flash frozen to lock the cell structure in place and
to prevent the particles from settling.
Talalay Latex cost more to process than the Dunlop Latex
Process.
TALALAY LATEX

 In
the DUNLOP PROCESS, the molds are filled to
the rim, air is not extracted, and there is no
freeze stage. Therefore, the latex cell structure is
less “airy”. Gravity takes over settling the
particles to create a more dense product than
Talalay latex. Talalay latex is available in a much
wider firmness range so it can provide enhanced
comfort choice for consumers around the globe.
